Making a purchase at Grangers Online Shopping
Please wander around the store by clicking the sections on the left side of every page. Or use the search facility to find what you're looking for. Click any images of products to get more details, and click "Add to Basket" when you find what you want.
When you've finished shopping, you'll see your basket contents at the top-right of every page. Click "checkout" when you're ready. You will then proceed through pages to select the delivery address and to make payment.

When you place an order your details are held securely, waiting for us to process, package and dispatch the goods. You will get an email confirming your order, and another when we process and dispatch your order.
You don't need to register and set up an account to place an order. But you may find it useful as you'll then be able to track your order and look back at previous orders. We'll also hold your address to save you rekeying it every time. We do not store your credit card number, other than short-term to process your order.

Shopping online with Grangers Fishing is safe and secure. All information submitted within the order process is encrypted to ensure that your personal information is kept secure. When a page is secure the characters 'https' appear in front of 'www.grangersfishing.com' in your browser's address bar. In addition, a small padlock will be displayed in the browser window. This is usually at the bottom of your browser window, but this can vary with different web browsers.
You can verify the validity of the Grangers secure certificate by clicking on the seal above, or double-clicking on the padlock when it appears on a secure page. All credit card transactions are handled by SecureTrading, our trusted partner in e-payment processing.
Purchasing Vouchers
If only ordering a voucher we will not charge postage for mainland UK. If the voucher is for a third party, at the checkout page please fill out the name and address of the recipient followed by your billing details.
Voucher Terms
Grangers Fishing Tackle will not held responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
The voucher may be exchanged for goods and shipping at Fly Fishing Tackle Co UK for one year from the date of issue. It may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part but may be used to make up the balance for goods of a higher value.
