Customer Complaints
Grangers Fishing Tackle will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within 3 working days. All complaints will be handled within a 7 day timescale from the date of acknowledgement. Should a complaint take any longer than this customer will be notified.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to ship your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 4-5 days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will only be charged for your backorders when they are sent (no secondary postage is charged on backorders) and you shall be informed via details submitted.
Returns Policy
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs of returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to ours store during opening hours with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase Exchange goods may incur a further postal charge.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
